ABOUT KATE NOVA

Helping people and organizations become more effective and more successful is Kate’s true passion. This means not only understating peoples potential and performance and developing them, but also placing them in the roles and environments where they can succeed. 

 

Kate brings vast knowledge in understanding which psychological characteristics, attentional styles and concentration preferences are critical for a particular business environment and a particular job. She spent a number of years in Strategic Human Resources field where she worked on leadership developing programs, fine-tuned organizational models, helped integrate cultures in mergers & acquisitions, and built an award winning employee cultures. 

 

Kate’s perspective is very pragmatic, her real life experiences allow  her to unveil psychological and behavioral features of potential or current employee and predict how this persons performance may look like in your specific organizational context. When she works on understanding how people function she is in her flow state, and her passion translates into high quality outcomes for both organizations she works with, and individuals!

 

Kate holds an MBA from UBC in Strategy and Organizational Development. She is a certified TAIS and Hogan Assessments practitioner.
